"Between a rock and a soft place" explores the concepts of rest and reprieve in the struggle to deal with our over-saturated and face-paced digital world, and is expressed through a variety of mediums including printmaking, photography, performance and poetry. This project was informed by a three day performance workshop with Elvira Santamaria Torres and Brian Patterson from Bbeyond, that offered me means to express feelings in a way I had been struggling to before. The aim of this exhibition was to offer a safe, accepting and comforting space for the public to experience and enter into.
